What is Foster care?
Fostering with The Yellow Door Rescue means providing a safe, temporary home for rescue dogs until they find their forever families.
It’s a deeply rewarding experience that helps dogs heal, grow, and prepare for a new life. Most of these dogs come from rural pounds and, without foster carers, would have no chance at a better future.
Whether a dog is lost, abandoned, or surrendered, foster carers play a vital role in giving them the love and care they need to thrive and rebuild trust.
